Wow... not only is he stealing from the taxpayers by doing political work using time and resources paid for by taxpayers, but he is also stealing by having his house(s?) ridiculously devalued. Plus, it is a bit shady that OpenSecrets.org still lists him as working at IPS. Is he actually still drawing income from IPS? As far as I know, that field is self-reported each donation. I wouldn't expect him to get that wrong...
